Curatorial introduction

Upholstered Landscapes explores seating as spatial topography. Sofas, sectionals, club chairs and low lounges are shaped through softened volumes, extended backs, rounded edges, stacked cushions and horizontal profiles. Rather than behaving as isolated furniture objects, these works define zones within architecture and encourage informal, adaptable occupation. The collection emphasizes comfort without sacrificing sculptural clarity, making it appropriate for residential, hospitality and large-scale interior projects in which seating must also organize space.
