Every acquisition should arrive with a record that is clear, specific, and useful beyond the transaction.

Artist-signed certificate

The intended standard is an artist-issued Certificate of Authenticity cross-referenced to the LINE Curated artwork ID, with title, year, medium, dimensions, signature, edition information, and image.

Catalogue record

LINE Curated would retain the approved artwork record, condition documentation, transaction reference, and shipment history subject to privacy and retention requirements.

Provenance

Any provenance, exhibition, or literature claim must be verified before publication. Missing information should remain visibly unresolved rather than inferred.
